Name of the posts:
1. Specialist Medical Officer (Deputy Commandant): 240 posts
2. Medical Officer (Assistant Commandant): 335 posts.

Age limit: The candidates age is will not be exceeding 35 years for the post of Specialist Medical Officer (Deputy Commandant), for the post of Medical Officer (Assistant Commandant) will not be exceeding 30 years as on the last date of receipt of application, (Relaxation as per Govt rules).

How to apply: The eligible candidates may send their application as completely filled and duly signed in prescribed format, together with required essentials and enclosure, a recent passport size photo graph pasted on the application form at the space given and duly attested by a Gazetted Officer, one additional passport size photograph should be attached with the application form, with two self addressed unstamped envelops are attached with the application form, to the following address, The Deputy Inspector General (PERS) Member Secretary, Medical Officer selection Board (CPFs) – 2011, HQ DG BSF Block No. 10, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003, on or before with in 30 days from the date of publication in the employment News, (For far flung areas 40 days from the date of publication in the Employment News).
