ESIC Online Application for Insurance Medical Officers 2011: Employees State Insurance Corporation – ESIC has invites online applications from eligible and qualified candidates for the recruitment of Insurance Medical Officer (IMO) Grade – II vacancies for ESI Hospitals in the State of Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Orissa and Punjab. Name of the posts:
Insurance Medical Officer (IMO) Grade – II: 77 posts.
Pay scale: Pay Band Rs. 15600-39100/- and Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-

Age limit: The candidate’s age limit is not exceeding 30 years as on 20-06-2011; upper age limit relaxable up to 5 years for employees of ESI Corporation and other categories as per Govt rules.

Application fee: Demand draft of Rs 225/- for general candidates, (No fee for SC/ST/PH/Departmental candidates/ Female / EXSM candidates) in favour of ESI Fund Account No.1, drawn in any scheduled bank, payable at New Delhi.

Selection process: The mode of selection is written examination and interview basis.

How to apply: The qualified candidates have to apply through online from the www.esic.nic.in website on or before 10-06-2011 up to 5.00 pm. After successfully submitting online application candidates take a print out of the online application form and send it together with one copy of recent passport size photograph duly attested by Gazetted officer and affix on the application form, with attested copies of required essentials and enclosures and Demand draft, to the following address by ordinary post, Post Bag No. 29, Okhla Industrial Estate Post Office, New Delhi–110020, on or before 20-06-2011, (For remote areas 27-06-2011).
