1. Officer Scale-II -Group-“A”: 06 posts
2. Officer Scale-I – Group “A”: 23 posts
3. Office Assistants (Multipurpose) – Group-“B”: 55 posts.
Age limit: The candidate’s age limit is above 18 years but below 28 years for the post of Officer Scale I, above 21 years but below 32 years for the post of Officer Scale II and between 18 years and 28 years for the post of Office Assistant (Clerk) as on 01-01-2011, relaxation as per rules.

Application fee: Candidates pay the fee in the form of challan for Rs 300/- for GEN-OBC candidates and Rs 50/- for SC-ST-PC-EXSM candidates, paid in any branch of either Pallavan Grama Bank or Indian Bank.
Selection procedure: The mode of selection is written test and interview basis.
How to apply: The eligible and interested candidates have to apply through online from the www.pallavangramabank.in website between 24-05-2011 to 13-06-2011. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. The candidates follow the user guidelines and instructions at the time of online apply.
Instructions for online apply:
1. Candidates have to apply through online from the www.pallavangramabank.in website between 24-05-2011 to 13-06-2011.
2. Before applying online, candidates first download the fee payment challan from the Banks website and paid at any branch of either Pallavan Grama Bank or Indian Bank from 24-05-2011 to 13-06-2011.
3. Candidates should ensure that on deposit the fee the branch issues a receipt which includes the Journal Number, Branch Code Number and Date of Deposit.
4. Candidates should have a valid e-mail ID, it will help their in getting call letter and interview information, before apply online.
5. After payment of the fees the candidates should visit the banks website again and fill up the online application form.
6. Branch code and Transaction number noted on the challan should be correctly filled in the application form at appropriate place.
7. After filling all details and security check box, the candidates should submit the application form should be click on the submit button.
8. The candidates should note or remember the Registration Number and Password for future reference and use.
9. A recent passport size photograph should be pasted on the paid challan, at the same time five copies of the same photographs should be retained for use at the time of written examination and interview.
10. After successfully submitting online application, candidates should keep two copies of the print out for the future reference.
11. Candidates will not be permitted for the written test with out the production of this challan and photograph.
