Age limit: The candidate’s age limit is 21 to 31 years as on 01-01-2011, reservation as per rules.
Educational qualification: Candidates possess a Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in Science or Engineering from a recognized university with at least having one of the subjects, Agriculture, Botany, Chemistry, Computer Application/Science, Engineering (Agriculture/Chemical/Civil/Computer/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical), Environmental Science, Forestry, Geology, Horticulture, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Veterinary Science, Zoology.
Application fee: Candidates applying online are required to pay a reduced fee of Rs 250/- for general candidates and Rs 63/- for SC/ST/OBC candidates for Himachal Pradesh by cash at any branch of Punjab National Bank in the form of challan. For those who are applying offline the paid the fee in the shape of Bank draft in favour of Secretary HP Public Service Commission for 250/- for general candidates and Rs 63/- for SC/ST/OBC of HP, payable at Shimla.
Application Form: The candidates applying offline may obtain OMR application forms Priced Rs.50/- from the Reception Counter of H.P. Public Service Commission, Nigam Vihar Shimla 171002. On any working day from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
How to apply: The eligible and qualified candidates have to apply either online or offline.
