Age limit: The aspirant’s age limit is 18 to 22 years for the post of Constable (GD) and 18 to 25 years for the posts of Constable (Band) and Constable (MT) as on 15-09-2011, reservation as per rules.

Educational qualification: Aspirants pass Matriculate or equivalent for the post of Constable (GD) and VIII class passed for Constable (Band) and (MT).

Application fee: DD/IPO of Rs 50/- favouring the Director, North Eastern Police Academy, payable at SBI, Barapani Branch, Meghalaya

Selection procedure: The mode of selection is written test & interview basis.
