• Eligibility: Persons holding analogous posts on regular basis and possessing degree from a recognized university with 5 years regular service or equivalent. Knowledge of computers is desirable.

Assistant

• Eligibility: Deputation from amongst CSS officers or officers holding analogous post in other Central Government offices in parent cadre or department; UDCs of the CSCS cadre or in other Central Govt. Offices with 5 years regular service in the grade in the parent cadre or department. Degree from a recognized university or equivalent; and Knowledge of computers is essential.

Accountant

• Eligibility: Assistant of Central Secretariat Service with 5 years service in the grade or with 10 year combined service in the grade of Assistant/Upper Division Clerk.
