• Qualifications: Graduate. Represented the Country in Olympic Games OR Represented the Country in the World Cup (Junior/ Senior)/ World Championships (Junior/Senior)/ Asian Games (Senior) / Commonwealth Games (Senior) and obtained at least 3rd position.

Group-C

• Pay-Scales: Rs.5200-20200 + GP of Rs.1900/2000
• Sports: Athletics (Men), Athletics (Women), Cricket (Men), Volleyball (Men), Volleyball (Women), Kabaddi (Men), Kabaddi (Women)
• Qualifications: Minimum SSC / Matriculate. Represented the Country in the World Cup (Junior/ Senior), World Championships (Junior/Senior), Asian Games (Senior) &Commonwealth Games (Senior).

Group-D

• Vacancies: 14 Posts
• Pay-Scales: Rs.5200-20200 + GP of Rs.1800
• Sports: Athletics (Men), Athletics (Women), Cricket (Men), Weightlifting, Football (Men)
• Qualifications: Minimum SSC / Matriculate. Represented the country in the Commonwealth Championship (Junior/Senior)/ Asian Championship /Asia Cup(Junior/Senior)/South Asian Federation (SAF) Games (Senior)/ USIC (World Railways) Championship (Senior).

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 1.1.2012.

Examination Fees: Rs.60 & Rs.40 for Group-C / Rs.40 for Group-D
